You buy a stock in good faith through a broker what you don't know is you are probably buying an IOU and maybe the Broker delivers it in the future and maybe they don't. But they still keep your money and send you a fraudulent statement every month. Then they decide to Naked Short without locating a share. This creates COUNTERFEITING SHARES artificially diluting with an unlimited amount of counterfeits. Driving your investment into the ground. But the SEC is there to protect you right 🤔 Sad truth is they don't enforce any rules and they certainly don't protect the public. "MAKES YOU LOSE FAITH IN HUMANITY"
