No More Firearms Will Be Sold In CALIFORNIA Newsom Signs The Bill

California just signed a law designed to bankrupt every firearms manufacturer that dares to sell in the state — and most gun owners have no idea it exists.

Assembly Bill 1594 creates a "public nuisance" cause of action against gun manufacturers. Not for defective products. Not for anything they did wrong. Simply because their legally made firearm was misused by someone else entirely. And the lawsuits can be filed by the state, city governments, and DA offices — with unlimited taxpayer-funded legal resources behind them.

Small manufacturers? One lawsuit ends them completely. Large publicly traded companies? Their boards will do the math and walk away from California entirely.

Rob Bonta Is in Trouble — And He Knows It

Rob Bonta's approval rating has dropped 20 points — and suddenly he's holding press conferences about gun control. CRPA Legislative Director Rick Travis breaks down what's really going on in the California Attorney General race.

Bonta claims California's gun laws drove firearm deaths to record lows. The CDC data tells a different story — Texas saw nearly the same decline without California's gun laws. Rick explains why Bonta is reaching for this narrative now, why it's a political shell game timed to fundraising, and why he's vulnerable in a way no California AG has been in over a decade.

Plus: why the Attorney General position matters more than the Governor for Second Amendment litigation, the Michael Gates campaign, and what 24% undecided voters means heading into June.
